These terms apply whenever you buy or use a tool from LayerVFX (the "Tools"), whether purchased individually, as a bundle, or through Lifetime Access. By purchasing or downloading a Tool, you agree to these terms.
LayerVFX Tools are digital plugins, panels, and asset packs for Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, delivered as a one-time download. There is no subscription — you pay once and the license is yours to keep, including free future updates to that Tool unless stated otherwise.
When you buy a Tool, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on your own machines for your own editing work, including paid client and commercial video projects. You may not:
Videos, designs, and edits you create using a Tool are entirely yours — there's no restriction on using them commercially, including for client work.
All purchases are processed by Gumroad. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Any discounts, sale pricing, or countdown offers shown on this site are set and applied at checkout by us — if a discount doesn't apply correctly at checkout, contact us before completing the purchase.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy — in short, if a Tool genuinely doesn't work for you or you're running into issues, contact us and we'll help or refund you.
Tools are provided "as is." We test everything before release, but we can't guarantee a Tool will be free of bugs on every system configuration, or that it will produce a specific creative result. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (like lost work time or missed deadlines) arising from use of a Tool.
We provide direct email support and free future updates for Tools you own. Support is best-effort from a small, independent developer — we reply personally to every email, but response times can vary.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continuing to use a Tool after a change means you accept the updated terms.
